DRAPER, Utah, August 31, 2001--Learnframe, the leading developer of
e-Learning infrastructure technologies with more courseware connections
than any other e-Learning company, today announced the addition of 12 more
connections to courseware libraries. This adds hundreds of new titles to
its impressive list, providing greater courseware selections than any
other Learning Management System on the market. Each one, including new
editions of LearnKey, DreamWeaver and ElementK CP, provides Learnframe
customers with access to entire courseware libraries, adding hundreds of
courses to Learnframe’s list of thousands. Because of the speed and ease of connectivity through Learnframe’s
patent-pending technology, the company has the ability to connect to more
content in far less time than its competitors. This ability is made
possible by an open architecture, which does not require any rewriting of
content. Most LMS companies must rewrite content for compatibility, which
requires the time-consuming and costly act of deconstructing and
reconstructing content code, or they must make changes to their LMS to
accommodate the content. Because of its open architecture, what takes
other companies months to complete takes Learnframe a few days or weeks.
“One of the biggest fears a company has when considering the purchase of
an LMS is being locked in to one system,” says Mike Memmott, Sr., chairman
and CEO of Learnframe. “This fear is justifiable because most LMSs on the
market have limited courseware connections. Consequently, the customer’s
courseware choices are restricted.”
Learnframe’s ability to openly connect to any courseware allows customers
to add any desired courseware to their library, even courses they have
created themselves.
“We have connection and integration partnerships with some of the biggest
content providers in the market,” says Ralph Mason, president of
Learnframe. “We also have partnerships with some of the smallest and most
specialized. We can provide our customers access to any courseware within
a matter of days or weeks. I don’t know anyone else who can say that.”
Among the thousands of courseware titles that are currently connected
and ready for use by Learnframe’s Pinnacle and Nebo products is NETg’s
business and professional development series of nearly 150 courses. The
series allows customers the ability to take courses on or offline.
Learnframe completed this connection within weeks of courseware release.
